We're building this deliberately small.

We hire when we find someone who'd be embarrassed by mediocre onboarding — and can make it better.

Working at Learnforge

Small team. High standards. Deep context.

We're four people in Nashville. Everyone talks to customers. Everyone reads the support queue. Nobody is too senior to write copy or too junior to own a feature.

We don't have a foosball table or a catered lunch program. We have a product that's solving a real problem and a small group of people who care about getting it right.

Nashville HQ — The Gulch neighborhood, in-person preferred
Medical, dental, vision — 100% covered for employees
Meaningful equity in an early-stage company
$2,000/yr learning budget — spend it how you want
Unlimited PTO — we mean it, we track utilization
Open Roles

Two roles we're actively recruiting.

Senior ML Engineer — Adaptive Assessment

Nashville, TN · Full-time

Own the adaptive assessment engine. We need someone who can tune item-response theory models in Python, build real-time scoring pipelines, and understand why a 20-minute assessment needs to feel shorter than it is.

  • 3+ years ML engineering, Python production
  • Experience with adaptive testing or recommendation systems
  • Comfortable owning a full system end-to-end (infra through model)
Apply — [email protected]

Account Executive — Mid-Market L&D

Nashville, TN · Full-time

Sell to L&D leaders at 500-5,000 person companies. You'll run pilots, build relationships with HRBPs and CLOs, and close deals. You won't need a deck for every call — you'll need to know the problem.

  • 2+ years B2B SaaS sales, HR tech or L&D preferred
  • Comfortable with consultative, discovery-led selling
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Nashville
Apply — [email protected]

Don't see your role? We still want to hear from you.
